This website, gemzwala.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by GEMZWALA, a partnership firm (“GEMZWALA“, “we“, “us“, “our“), with its registered office at 2-1, Ground Floor, GMS Road, Near Reliance Market, Mohit Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248001, GSTIN 05ABEFG8874D1ZA.

GEMZWALA sells handcrafted semi-precious stone bracelets and jaap malas across India, on a prepaid and Cash on Delivery basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders through a parent or guardian, to use this Site and purchase products from us.

3. Products & natural stones

Our bracelets are made from natural and semi-precious stones. As these are natural materials, variations in colour, texture, pattern, inclusions, markings, and transparency are normal characteristics of the stone and are not considered defects. Product photographs are for representation only; slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Product descriptions referencing intention, zodiac, numerology, or chakra are provided for informational and traditional/cultural context only, and are not scientific or medical claims. See Section VIII.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Prepaid payments are processed securely by Razorpay; GEMZWALA does not store your card or banking credentials.

Any shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or handling fees applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch and may restrict COD for a given order or customer at our discretion.

5. Order acceptance & cancellation

Your order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or repeated COD refusal, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at care@gemzwala.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Replacement & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India. Estimated delivery timelines are approximately 2–5 business days for metro cities, 3–7 business days for non-metro cities, and 5–10 business days for remote locations. These timelines are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched, where available.

7. Replacement & refunds

Replacement and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we operate a 1-day replacement policy for items that are materially different from what was ordered or arrive damaged, verified through a mandatory unboxing video. Replacements and refunds are subject to inspection and approval, and are assessed fairly and in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including where a product is found to be defective.

Many natural stones carry historical, cultural, and traditional associations, which we may reference for informational purposes. GEMZWALA makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that any product will produce any specific spiritual, astrological, energetic, emotional, financial, career, relationship, or health outcome. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and individual experiences may vary.

All content on this Site — including the GEMZWALA name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse service to any user who violates these Terms.

12. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints regarding your order or use of the Site may be raised with our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within one month of receipt.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your non-waivable rights as a consumer (including the right to approach your local Consumer Commission), the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
